I also enjoy working in multiple windows throughout the day without relying on ALT+TAB to save time
There is plenty of screen for productivity, it's great for watching movies and the surprise speakers work well
Great product, the screen is absolutely great for what I need it to do!This was an absolute steal at the price for something this great

So, my conclusion: products aren't bad but company IS
I would buy this product again if my wallet smiles upon the idea.
Product arrived 30% non-viewable, suspect someone forgot to hook a backlight at the Middle Kingdom plant as the area is dark with or without video input
FreeSync works as expected and things are a lot smoother!!!
Reading the dimensions on paper and watching video reviews of this monitor on youtube doesnt actually prepare you for how skinny this thing is when you use it

It is going to take some time getting used to the odd shape but that's not a bad thing in my opinion
You should go into settings and disable the software from the startup programs list
The split screen software is no longer usable with Windows 10, otherwise this monitor is great
The LG's split screen software makes multitasking a breeze
The software makes it easy to resize windows and break the screen in to manageable windows when you have lots of programs open.
You have to be something of a computer expert to find documentation or the correct software on the CD, and the very terse, small paper document that comes with the monitor is no help
