Good idea, bad quality.

the product is as described, pretty sturdy and high quality

Mine came undone and burnt the fuse for my cigarette lighter.

There's no 5A fuse to protect your car, you'll end up blowing a fuse upstream or worse

Be forewarned - I have tried to use this 3 times and every time it blows a fuse in my car

This thing blew out my cig lighter fuse the first day I got it

Don't Leave plugged into your Nissan Sentra center console it will drain your battery.

The battery was going bad and this device saved me from possibly be getting stranded somewhere.

With my android phone plugged into this, the battery would still go down and die
