This was my first Otterbox case, as I don't think the ludicrous retail price ($35) on this brand is justified.
Perfect fit and delivered as promissed for a great price.
IMO, not worth the inflated price, or the brand's arrogant hype
Great price and great case, I have had no issues with caee
I love OtterBox, but their prices are WAY too steep, so this is perfect!I would recommend this brand to someone who might not be so careful with their phone

It is the same quality as my oriGina otterbox and does an excellent job protecting my phone
It does its job as expected, though it didn't protect against theft when the user lost her phone.
It probably does a good job protecting the phone from breakage.
Did a great job of protecting my phone when I dropped it.
Dropped my phone many times in this case and it has done a great job protecting it so far, I also like that it is not as bulky as some of the other Otterbox cases.

I loved the look, fit, and feel of this case (the only reason I gave it 1 star) and bought this because Otterbox has a good rep, but it did NOT protect my S5
But in terms of aesthetics, I feel embarrassed pulling out my phone and having a dirty-looking case
My wife had a cheap-o imitation of this case, and it was always difficult to hear her over the phone, especially when she was on speaker phone
It made the screen cloudy looking and kept getting bubbles

A good choice though a bit pricey - Otterbox seems to be the standard recommendation at Best Buy and Verizon.
After about a year of owning this the padding has deteriorated a bit and stretched so it doesnt hold as tightly to the phone as it did in the beginning
They were a bit difficult to get on but they are great and the price was very good.
It works but cosmetically a bit off
This seems to work for a guy who can be a bit rougher on his phones.

Screen cover was too difficult to apply properly, and I had to throw it out as it got too much dust on the adhesive side when I was trying to apply it.
Because the screen cover was obviously very cheap, I think a second one should have been included in the box because it's so easy to screw up installing the first one despite being very careful.
I had some difficulty applying the protective screen cover and ended up not using it.
My wife had a cheap-o imitation of this case, and it was always difficult to hear her over the phone, especially when she was on speaker phone
the only complaint I have is that the screen cover was very difficult to place.
