The screen protector is much cheaper quality than other protectors out there now days seeing as how it got two huge scratches in it just after she started using
I’ve always had an otter box as long as I had an iPhone and this one is very cheap, but high quality as usual
very cheap and bad quality its very "bubbly" for lack of a better word it feels like one of those cheap screen protectors you get from the mall that's worn out and coming off after you've had it on your phone for so
First clue that this was fake was that the volume buttons are very hard to manipulate to the point where they hardly work (poor quality)

i bought my wife ,this case doesn't have to be removed to charged phone ,excellent product the only reason i gave it 4 out of 5 was because the plastic film that protects the screen is annoying

As soon as the screen protector was taken off things worked just
The only downside to this is the god-awful screen protector
I removed the screen protector and the case still works just fine
My only complaints are that the rubber silicone part of the case is starting to peel and it seems like the screen protector is causing a slight delay when I touch the screen of my iPhone
the installed screen protector is kind of difficult to type on

Similar issue with the charge port cover - the cover flap was way too difficult to push aside and put too much pressure on the cord when plugged in

Bought this for one of my children and it works as it should.
The touchscreen's sensitivity is reduced somewhat; furthermore, the jutting flap over the charging port means it's not usable with my dock

The built in screen protector works pretty well, though sometimes you have to press a bit harder than normal to get your phone to register the fact that you're pressing it
This one is a bit hard to take off- the plastic case has a lot of snaps that are hard to coordinate to get off
It was a bit hard to get it on, but otherwise no complaints
I would recommend this case to anyone who is a bit rough on their phone
The inner case is a bit difficult for me to get open without cracking my nails
