I can highly recommend these if you are looking for a comfortable set of headphones with good sound for the price range.
My first set suffered an internally disconnected wire in the left headphone
Unfortunately the second set is suffering a similar fate as my first set and I must conclude that there is a definite UNDER-ENGINEERING in the design of these headphones
Otherwise, they sound good and work as a price point headphone set.

I use these mainly for the computer, and my CD/MP3 player on that is fully adjustable as far as regulating highs, mids, and lows, so the extra bass is no problem.
These has good Bass and are light weight and easy to take with you.
They have excellent sound including good bass and good sound isolation
It took a while for the headphones to put out some good bass, but once the speakers were broken into, the bass was pretty good
They sound really good, have good bass, and the have a strong volume level.

The plastic looks very fragile and I didnt' realize the cords are very thin
This model offers the same great quality of that model - RP-HT21 - with apparently weak plastic but with a reasonable use you maybe have this headphones in good conditions for 7 or 8 years
BUT, the materials used to construct them (apparently cheap styrene plastic, brittle and thin
I will recommend this product to anyone who loves t use headphones
These Headphones we're good, the plastic seems cheap but its okay, they're loud but not your adverage bass sounding

So far the only damage it received is the internal wires being pulled causing one of the ears to short out.
It's well made wiring and never even worried about it getting damaged
They have the skinniest possible wire, which I suspect is the problem.
When you use them, be careful because the wire is a little bit thin and you might break it if you push to hard.5 stars because for this low price, the quality is what I was expecting (maybe more)
Would lose then regain sound, probably a faulty wire or connection.

These are not headphones for audiophiles, but I love them for travel as they block enough sound to be useful in a car or airplane but are inexpensive enough that if they are lost or broken it is no big deal.
This is actually the second pair I've purchased because the first pair broke after about 2 years, but at $12, who cares!
If this pair breaks, I'll come back and buy another pair!

I think the plugs might have a very slight size issue, Despite this, I would absolutely recommend these to anyone.
It doesn't socket snugly, so the slightest bump or movement, even as simple as turning the phone upside down, causes static, partial loss of sound, or often a complete stop of the music (because playback pauses automatically when the phone detects the headset disconnecting).I've had some touchy plugs in my lifetime, but this one takes the cake
I have seen repeatedly where my plug seems to be falling out of the jack easily - once fixed, the sound is fine
We have tried the wrap around the ear kind, the plug kind and the cheaper over the head
Which is why I really hate to have to downrate and return them because the plug is junk

My husband has a severe hearing loss in one ear and a moderate loss in the other ear so being able to control volume in each individual ear is essential
but it's good enough and considering the potential for damage and/or loss during
