I really liked the product when it was working (nice design, worked fine).
I could not recommend this product over others I have used.

I have 3 chargers and one went bad,contacted the company and explained that the charger will not charge and what is the return policy on a defective product

what so ever, i bought this along with one of the disk type ones and this is by far and away much much better and quicker to use all around, ended up ordering 4 more of these to put throug-out my house and took the cheesy disk thing to work.having the charger be in a stand like this instead of a disk makes it so much quicker and easier to get it aligned and charging

Like the design, like the led light, and the build quality is great
I have several of the Samsung wireless chargers, and for my Note 8, this is easily the best design
The biggest problem is the design gets very hot and has deformed the plastic housing on the bottom.
The design is beautiful and allows you to convieniently watch videos, scroll facebook, etc without having to hold the phone or strain your neck looking down like with the plate type chargers

The connector for the power on this is cheap and lose causing it to easily turn on and off frequently
and it's a lot more convenient than the odd connector my Samsung 8 requires for wired charging
After a few months the connector in the back became loose
It's not nearly as fast as a USB-Type C fast charger for my Samsung Galaxy S8, but it does provide a decent charge if you just want to drop your phone onto it without having to plug it in
I was able to sort of repair mine by taking it apart (screws are under the rubber foot pads), carefully pulling the circuit board loose from the glue, and then pinching the usb connector so that it would close around the usb cable better
