My first impressions are that it's a great TV for the price, has bright colors, and the contrast is on par with the more expensive models/names out there today

Next time I am looking for another set, it would be hard to find a better set at such a great price
This particular model we returned because the CC was too small for my 76 year old mother with cataracts to read, but I found it to be a very nice, lightweight set, perfect for a monitor or bedroom TV.
The darkest setting for the backlighting is still much brighter than I would like it to be, the color is off and doesn't seem to be able to be fixed, and the volume range is not ideal either.
