The only issue I had is that the sharpener is not the best, it is hard to get the shavings out when you want and they end up
Also, the tip has a convenient led sharpener my other similar holders don’t have.
Not thrilled with lead hardness that comes in the kit (but softer leads are an easy fix and a personal preference) and they used to have nifty lil eraser/sharpeners that were tiny and great on the go ...wish they were still
Consider investing in a decent sharpener as the included one clogs easily and can be difficult to clean.

Takes a bit to get it sharpened to the point and emptying the F*ing lead shaves
this guy does the trick, I use a softer lead then the stuff that comes with her and still never breaks and is very dark, sharpener built in as well feels good in the hand clips well in my shirt pocket as well
The pencil has a nice feel but you must be careful when extending the graphite as once you depress the release button there is nothing to stop the “lead” from exiting the pencil and you’ll be looking for it on the floor.

The pencil was a little too light for me and the lead that came with it wasn't very good quality, would recommend to save money and buy a higher quality pencil.
It's good quality and provides the quality lead and thickness that I need.
It's decent quality (it IS Staedtler Mars!), but I couldn't fit the standard 12-pack refill leads into it
You can get a very sharp point or blunt it for wider lines
Great for easily and quickly keeping a sharp point when doing a lot of drawing.
Great for Drawing, and Illustration, has a built in lead pointer though I recommend a rotatory lead pointer (Staedtler 502) as it gives you a much sharper point

I absolutely hate writing with normal pencils, and I break the lead on mechanical pencils because I write kind of hard.
I usually use a regular mechanical pencil like you'd get at office supply stores; they're often flimsy, they break, and the lead is so skinny it can snap unexpectedly

That is a darker lead and I love it; absolutely perfect, and writes like a dream.
Once nice thing about this pencil when you press the button the lead is free to slide (so you can have as much lead as you need)
The lead pointer in the cap isn't worth the effort; get a dedicated lead pointer instead
The lead pointer is grreat, it's just too lightwweight formy preferences

I don't like the little lead pointer inside the top little part, and I replace it with the color-coded version from the Staedtler lead packs that tell you which lead is inside
