I sent some picture text and made a phone call just to see if it would really work and for the first time ever I was able to send a picture message in just a matter or seconds and was able to make a crystal clear phone call without dropping the call!I moved around my house a bit trying to see how far I could move away from the antenna without loosing service
I live in the mountains and have tried numerous devices to boost cell phone
I would check my work phone and personal phone and there was ZERO change in signal strength
I use a Samsung Galaxy S5 smart phone which works "most of the time" with no signal booster
REPEATEDLY I tried to make test calls to people where the phone would barely be unable to make a connection and it was EXACTLY the same result with the booster on or off
If you have 0-1 bars currently, the devices working range is very limited.
Also boosted my Netgear Nighthawk Mobile hotspot device
I do notice from time to time that the red flicks on for one or two of the bands, but it's not the device's fault for tripping the attenuation, it's probably the crappy

All that said, my reception went from 2 bars to a solid 4 bars with the "big" omni-directional antenna set up in a temporary location in my TT and the internet loads extremely fast now
This took my 4G weak 1-bar Verizon signal inside our RV and boosted it to 4 bars solid
As others described, this won’t increase the tower signal strength but did take us from a weak two bars inside our home to mostly three bars
I get a decent signal (2-3 bars) after power-cycling the booster (while it's adjusting?), and then drops to 2 bars within 5ft of the booster, to 1 bar within 10-15ft, which unfortunately comes and goes, as the booster seems to be constantly "adjusting"

If they aren't far enough apart or they are oriented in such a way that their signals can cause interference with each other you're not going to get good results.
And, so far, I have many, many positive results of how effective this booster is, according to my situation
I tried placing the interior part in the holder and got great results, but I got best results holding the phone near my face, maybe two feet away
This is the kind of antenna placement and tweaking needed to get great results from the SureCall (or any other) cell phone signal booster
At first we installed both antennas on the same end of the RV and it didn't work at all
I would suggest a stronger antenna than the whip inside the home
This device will help you some but my recommendation would be to get a stronger Yagi Antenna and point it towards the tower to potentially get a stronger signal (This however will only work, generally, for the specific carriers tower)
To bad t-Mobile support could not provide it over the phone.
