Im also a research freak, so I'm always looking to get the best product for my needs

After trying several pens in the market, I would gladly admit that uni-ball Jetstream is a superior product

I am giving these 5-stars because the product really is good, however keep in mind, I am a Prime Member and I really would like to buy these from Amazon but unfortunately at $4.99 they are overpriced here and this exact same package can be purchased from the local Target for $1.35 less.

These refills are essential for the Uni-Ball Jetstream Retractable Pen and difficult to find in a retail store.

Great pens but as with most things today once the ink is used you toss them, no refills available.

I got these as refills for my Uni Jetstream Alpha-Gel Grip pen and they work

Only gripes are, the ink seems to finish quickly and the refills are not much cheaper than the actual pens which is just a waste of material for padded profits

I love them as I no longer have to discard my pens when they are out of ink

The pen has a nice feel but the ink is not dark or bold like a roller ball should be.

The tactile sensation on the grip is tacky and contributes a lot to the positive feel that one has when using it.

I was hoping they would be as good as my sharpie pens, which were a fine felt tip.

I use these pens exclusively and have never had a problem; for me they flow wonderfully and provide a confident and natural feel to the touch when writing

These pens are comfortable, and most importantly, are very smooth feeling.

The grip itself is quite comfortable, and the pen is large enough that those with any size hand should be happy with it.

The uniball pen is one of the smoothest grip n nice point

I favor the 1.0 mm bold black pen but the 0.7 mm blue fine point is great, too.

I wouldn't like to go below this size (1.0) for my use -- this is not a 'fat' bold like a bold rollerball or fountain pen, and the 0.7 I had felt slightly scratchy, like many fine point pens.

I prefer the bold tip and black ink but have also enjoyed using the fine point model.

So, I buy the .7 (bold) to have, but I have to buy new sets of fine point pens once I get through them.

Between fine and bold point, I slightly prefer the bold

The pens even have a clear window line near the end towards the tip that lets you know how much ink you have left

These pens provide consistently uniform and solid ink delivery.

The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because i found that when used with paper that isn't the best quality the tip becomes clotted leaving some really annoying blobs here and there

It does not create those horrible ink blobs that so many roller ball pens typically do.

But these Jetsreams are great: dark blue ink, no blobs, no smears, can rub your finger on the ink or highlight it immediately after writing and NO SMEARS at all, I love that, also the ink lasts a long time and it writes like a gel pen but its a ballpoint, I hate gel pens -- I'm a nursing student a write A LOT
