The magnetic antenna is super easy to install, just keep it at least 4’ away from receiver

I am a VanLifer ( live and travel on a converted solar van) this booster is not worth the money

Before I give my opinion on how well this booster is working, I believe it may be necessary to explain how Cell phone signal strength is measured

I’ll either try to steal the booster or go to Amazon and by this exact same model.

As noted by many others, this cannot create a signal out of nothing, but if you have a weak signal, this does help boost it

The Drive X will soon cutout and the phone will return to normal but its a bit annoying if your like me driving in an area that has blocks of good cell signal and the blocks of poor signal.

Try hitting an area with mountains or steep valleys and all of a sudden you’ve lost your signal

It will NOT allow you to pick up signals that are not there i.e. dead zones

and -110 dB would be virtually no signal (dead zone no bars)

Have definite dead zones when I'm in the middle of nowhere there

it's not like it took it from some dead zones to no dead zones like I'd hoped.
