I found that I'd grown fond of the airplay multicast feature which allows me to send music to any airplay compatible device on my network, the feature allows you to send the same audio to multiple destinations simultaneously

the process was just as easy, I can use any music player and select the M3 as the speakers I will stream audio to via AirPlay in the control center.-With my Android phone the process is a little different; I downloaded an app called “ShareOn audio” to handle audio playback over Wi-Fi networks, select the M3 speaker from the list of DLNA devices available on the network, wait a few seconds so that it connects to the M3 and that’s all

I ended up having to buy an apple airport express to convert this into a reliable airplay network device.

I recommend it highly as a unit that could provide enough sonic power to fill a medium to large size room in your home

The second unit is the coffee color and sounds just as great as the first unit and looks great

My unit stopped working within the one year warranty but GGMM customer service has been very responsive and is in the process of remedying the defect

More to the point, the bluetooth works terrifically with my Macbook Air.

Aux in works, Bluetooth works for playing from our phones (only used Pandora so far), and the WiFi works for my Mac

So I got this M3 to work with my M4 speaker in a multi room setup at home, I would have gotten another M4 but with the M3 having been advertised as more powerful and better sounding than the M4 (Not to mention that I had no need for a 2nd portable speaker

Apparently, the M3 doesn't like the 5 MHz band or sharing the 2.4 MHz band too much,

The M3 also gets quite loud

For what it's worth, I tested the M3 with a power consumption meter

The thing is that the AUX connection does not produce the best sound from the M3 is not as good as from Bluetooth or WIFI connection and an upgrade to a better AUX cable would definitely make listening to music via AUX more enjoyable

It took a week to find out that their customer service is terrible, as in 'not available'.

The second mode (and the best out of all of them in my opinion) is “router mode” With this mode you basically set up your M3 speakerbox to connect to your router/modem by using a free app (Available for Android/iOS/Windows/MacOS

The only problem I have is the apps that are needed for connection
