Also, I bought this to stream live to facebook and there are zero instructions with the unit on how to do that (although their tech support sent me a link to a third party blog that wrote a post on how to do it that, so far, I haven 't gotten to work).
That's a bit tricky because the wide-angle lens needs to protrude, but they could make a soft cap that is taller than the lens even when pressed all the way in.
After an update it does connect a bit easier and is ready to go when I am
If you can afford a bit more I recommend going for the yi 4K plus

Both cameras cracked around the screw-in spot due to what looks like cheap plastic
The problem comes with the internal construction, there is some uneven plastic which does not allow for the memory card to come out

I have to give this bundle a 3 star, not because the camera isn't good but because the memory card it came with is pretty much only good for taking photos

There is also time lapse feature for still photos, Slow motion quick select, loop and a mixture of video/photo.

I have the Sandisk Extreme pro 32GB, the Sandisk Extreme 64GB, and Lexar 1000x 64GB and these have all displayed the "Slow Card" error.
Good camera with good quality, however it's SD compatibility is an issue, using a sandisk U3 64gb, receommended by Xiaomi, there are various slow card errors, various formats have been done and issue still persists
i think 54 C is considerably hot for a camera of this type especially during longer usage duration
i have sandisk extreme and pny microSD cards, and i would frequently get SD card errors when powering on the camera
I just had a slow card error then locked up yesterday while using their suggested SD card (need to remove the battery so it will turn off)

The one I did not expect unbearable wind noise from was the camera I placed inside, suction cupped to my windshield.
The sound quality has a little to be desired as it picks up unwanted noise and wind from time to time
