The product was defective, I have no problem with that I own several Bose products and they work well but these earphones did not work well at all, they skipped, a poor blue tooth connector I presume

Its so unbearable to the otherperson either they cant hear or get irritated by all the background noise

I work in a shop and these block out enough background noise, but still allow me to hear for any danger.
