The hot pot heats up quickly and is easy to operate.

The unit works well and has enough adjustments to be able to cook at almost any temperature I need.

I was also surprised about the loudness of the cooling fan and that the unit gets hot to the touch - I was under the impression that with induction cooking things do not get hot
