I got, "no internet connection", and "no IP address" error messages, and after waiting for an hour for tech support to call me back, I gave up

I don't care if this is the best extender in the world, DO NOT PROMOTE FREE TECH SUPPORT FOR 90 DAYS.

My idea of tech support is that they want to have your item fully optimized which is usually dependent on other equipment.

and then other times to create errors in setup to see how well the device recovered from the error such as a lost password

I'm sure for most people this is a great device, but not if one has FIOS internet and TV.

I have had an issue here and there with dropping signal, but it's very rare (and could be a device issue rather than an issue with the product).
