and it doesn't work since the power adapter is missing.
I found that the PS4 signal worked fine with it whenever the PS3 was powered on, so I suspect the PS4 just wasn't sending enough power through the HDMI for it to work properly.
You need a power supply for this to work, It should come with

My low rating is because in my opinion the manufacturer should include an appropriate A/C adapter with this, since it will not function as advertised with several HDMI compatible devices that do not output enough power to drive it passively.
Cheap , Chinese piece of crap , that switched randomly , will drop sound randomly and it will be silent , the remote is a total cheap piece of crap , it never worked properly from day 1, it was always switching randomly as time went
Unfortunately, it was not included making it a useless piece of plastic

The first new issue, was that the device stopped automatically switch between inputs which is how I found out that the remote does not work any more as well
