Anker has excellent customer service, so IF you find something wrong with them, reach out before you dismiss the product

The rep, Emily, was super prompt and helpful in responding;so happy to see good customer service from Anker as well

Moreover, I'd invest my money in Anker products in the future mainly because of the outstanding customer service

These are great earphones (crystal clear, comfortable, etc) and the company has EXCELLENT customer service for any questions

Most earbud headphones seem to fall out of my ear or come with oddly shaped buds, but these fit perfectly

These headphones have great sound, good fit, great range

Although the fit is spectacular (after trying a few of the different included attachments, I was able to find one that is the absolutely MOST comfortable pair of ear-buds I've ever worn), the sound isn't all that great

Just to note, I have been using Plantronics Backbeat FIT for over a year and those were a great fit, but terrible sound quality

Anker sent me a replacement and again, great fit and sound

These headphones are amazing, great music quality, plenty battery life (charge really fast), and great price

They are great headphones been looking for a nice pair at a reasonable price

I couldn't imagine a much better price to performance value here.

The range is crazy too

: I didn't care for the new Apple AirPods as they fall out of my ears and look ridiculous, so I tried a step up with the Taotronics Model 027 that use the ear "wings" that go inside your ear

These headphones have great sound, good fit, great range

Works well, easy sync, battery life is good, sound and mic quality is good too

sound quality is meh, but battery life is so far so good and they actually stay in my ears while I run

love the sound on theses wireless headphones but the only negative is the battery life

Great battery life, waterproof, and easy to use, though the lack of skip/reverse 3-click controls is another downside.

Two days ago the headphones had the same issues: controller malfunctioning and unable to control

The bass in these is very good, and the overall sound is great

They have great bass, but the mids and highs are too low

One day I started getting static in the right ear and a day later they wouldn't work at all

but now my right ear phone has given out it doesn't function

However, every so often it makes a loud pooping noise and just now I was about to fall asleep when it made a very liad noise that was like a jackhammer.

One would really appreciate this noise-isolating feature in an open office or on the plan

Yes, they do have great noise isolation, but unfortunately it feels as if I'm wearing

However, recently the right ear piece started emitting a loud static noise that won't go away

In summary, I think they sound incredible, have the perfect amount of bass right out of the box, go a bit louder than I will ever listen to them at, and will be my go-to headphones for EVERYTHING including the gym.

Coming from a pair of Jaybird Freedom 2's that cost around $140, I was a bit nervous biting on these $40 headphones for the gym

and I had no issues with my voice being distorted, everyone I called could hear and understand me clearly

My only issue is with them hung behind my neck it would sometimes get caught on my hair, but again it never managed to dislodge them

Paired new set again with same if not a little worse issue

This is above and beyond what I expected in audio quality, even with the overall sound signature bass boosted as you would expect with a sport audio product

Eventually the cord starts sneaking over to the control side of your head, causing you to feel like you need to whip your head to get the cord settled back to center

but I've never actually had to deal with them because their products just work as they're designed

This isn't a big deal normally, but when your neck is sweaty and damp or wet the cord sticks to your skin, and a few turns of your head start pulling the controls down
