Reviews around money (5.00 of 5)

  • kept hoping it would get better complete let down glad I didn't waste money on this waited soo long for it release and this installment killed mass effect
  • I paid $30 for the XBox version and felt I got my money's worth and so found myself buying it for PC a year later.
  • Hopefully Bio-Ware’s next offering is going to be developed a little better in programming depth upon release, but, I am also not going to jump on it immediately to purchase and play, I will wait for the in-depth reviews and the later patches before spending good money.

Reviews around gameplay (4.59 of 5)

  • you go into the game knowing these things, you'll likely enjoy it as I did
  • It has some curious quest design issues that experienced game developers shouldn't have made that dull its shine, and the crew aren't as memorable as in previous games, but the story and environments are interesting and well-crafted, with gorgeous visuals and exciting well-tuned combat.
  • you go into the game knowing these things, you'll likely enjoy it as I did
  • Great game where most complaints are over minor things and the gameplay itself is thrilling.
  • The graphics have devolved drastically even from prior years, the gameplay is buggy, and the story isn't nearly as engaging as the originals, but it does hit that nostalgia button.

Reviews around trilogy (4.40 of 5)

  • I say that as a little bit too hardcore gamer (that spends too much of my life in front of the monitor), and as someone that adores the original trilogy
  • Yes, I loved the original trilogy (and I didn't even mind the original ending to ME3).
  • Sure, it's not as good as the original trilogy, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit.
  • Not as endearing as I first thought, kind of annoying after a while
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the original trilogy, so I was ready to play Andromeda, and my expectations were reasonably

  • Combat is overall a downgrade.
  • A is an astounding game absolutely filled with exploration, story and excellent combat
  • It has some curious quest design issues that experienced game developers shouldn't have made that dull its shine, and the crew aren't as memorable as in previous games, but the story and environments are interesting and well-crafted, with gorgeous visuals and exciting well-tuned combat.

Reviews around multiplayer (4.07 of 5)

  • Multiplayer is also fun and is great for when you don't have quite enough time to devote to running about in single player.
  • you go into the game knowing these things, you'll likely enjoy it as I did
  • Not as endearing as I first thought, kind of annoying after a while
  • In a game purchased for the single player experience, they only continued to support the multiplayer

Reviews around title (4.03 of 5)

  • Not as endearing as I first thought, kind of annoying after a while
  • If you like story driven FPSRPGs, this is a title you will want to consider
  • Not my fave Bioware title (still belongs to NWN and DAO), but not the worst
  • If it is as good as the other titles, it will be fantastic.
  • 2017 is not short of good titles (+1 Nier Audtomata) and you don't need to waste time

Reviews around effect (4.01 of 5)

  • Hated it at first because it was totally off from my expectations having played Mass Effect 1-3.
  • This game has ruined Mass Effect for me...and I implore you, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME.
  • Great game, there are bugs here and there, but overall a very good open world mass effect game.
  • The game play is good but it is not a good Mass Effect game, the character and story are underwhelming and it released with far too many bugs.
  • Overall, it’s very much a Mass Effect game and well worth the history of the franchise

Reviews around graphic (3.93 of 5)

  • They've been been try to patch over the weak graphics and bugs but you can't patch poor writing and that is one of the hallmarks of Bioware games
  • The writing seems disjointed, the facial graphics leave a lot to be desired, the romances suck, and the story seems...a bit familiar
  • I'm talking jaw-dropping vistas, perhaps better space graphics than I've ever seen in a video game before
  • I give it one star for decent combat and another star for decent graphics
  • :) I know everybody is disappointed in this game, but I find it fascinating and with incredible graphics on a 4k monitor with a decent video card

Reviews around experience (3.37 of 5)

  • Not as endearing as I first thought, kind of annoying after a while
  • Disappointing followup to one of the best experiences in gaming.
  • so much they shut the game down sadly for the single player portion (which is all I, and many others play), but I've honestly really enjoyed the experience
  • Worstest experience installing, horrible experience through EA getting technical support and no controller support for the PC.
  • If you really Want a Good mass effect experience i suggest you go and Play the first three games preferably the second iteration as it is considered the best.

Reviews around story (2.99 of 5)

  • I am bored with the combat, and since the story is generally so weak, I really don't care much what happens.
  • Busted animations, poor writing, bad voice acting and a terrible story sum up this wreck of a game
  • This game is linear like the other Mass Effects, what brought me to buy it was that the story sounded cool to me
  • It's too buggy to be playable, the story and graphics are good, but it crashes, hangs, freezes too often

Reviews around thing (1.76 of 5)

  • I had heard bad things about Andromeda but figured that at this price I couldn't miss
  • I read lots of negative things about ME-A, so instead of pre-ordering, I waited until prices fell from $60 to $30, and first patch came out, then I ordered online.
  • There are many great things to see and do
  • Those two things distract you from what otherwise would be an excellent game.
  • Take care everyone, laugh and enjoy the good things life has to offer.

  • Yes, there are issues still, and bugs, but there are also workarounds as well
  • There ARE a few funny animations and bugs.... but Fallout 4 was about a 1000% buggier when it released, and that game got rave reviews right out of the starting gate
  • They've been been try to patch over the weak graphics and bugs but you can't patch poor writing and that is one of the hallmarks of Bioware games
