The unit holds the Vita well and the buttons are great and works with remote play without any problems.

The L2 and R2 buttons are very responsive, never have to push it twice or hard to make it work, no input lag either.

It's an awesome accessory but the clips are VERY flimsy and it won't fit properly without them.

My only issue I have is the case it looks cheap it DOES NOT protect your vita at all

It's so nice to have one of my vitas with ready attached grip and case

If you have a PS4 and a Vita then this is the case for you if you like to take advantage of remote play.

I only use my vita for remote play, so the only thing to keep in mind is that some game developers already have special controls set up to account for the missing triggers, and this won't change that

most importantly - the triggers really do work on the back touch panel, making my Mad Max, Shadows of Mordor, and other games much much much more enjoyable while sitting on the couchThis is cool for kids that hog the tv, or adults like me that have to let the wife use the tv sometimes when i want to game

Happy to report that my second and third purchase of this product came with zero issues, responsive triggers with still slight squeak on the grips

I use my vita mainly to play MLB the show through remote play and I found out that MLB the show doesn't support the back touch screen through remote play so the triggers are useless to me

The triggers work absolutely amazing, and the design itself makes the Vita feel much closer to a dualshock controller (a huge plus for me).It also fits perfectly and doesn't cover any ports or the other parts of the back touch panel

Unfortunately it is very difficult to get the Vita into this case and I noticed it damaging my Vita slightly by the R1 and L1 buttons of the Vita itself.

Make sue that if you are purchasing it for a specific game, it supports the back touch screen as the triggers on this require the game to support the vita's back touch screen.
