These are great walkie talkies for a small retail business

My company was looking for a cost effective walkie talkie and headset that would work well for our 22,000 squarefoot building

Great walkie talkies, they were purchased for use on a cruise for our group and held up well, battery life lasted the 4 days of our cruise and good/clear transmissions with little issues on distance.

The radios are a perfect size and weight to be worn under a suit in Executive Protection type details.

They are a great size, light weight and charged very quickly

The compact size lets the little guy carry it in his back pocket

The charging station is a great space saver, radios fit in nice and secure, easy red and green lights indicate the status of the battery.

I really like the charging station since the wires broke on other units we have used in the past.

my experience with them.one of the slots on the charger didn't work, retevis offered that i could return the charger and they would replace it and refund the shipping cost of the return, or if i chose to use an separate charger they would refund my 10.00

We will attempt to return it for a new charger base, but meanwhile, there is an alternate USB charger available, so it is not an issue for us.

I manage a 3 acre property and these radios work just fine for communications between staff

Our school campus is about 1 1/2 square miles and these radios work perfectly

the radio works fine with the external mic.i bought the programming cord so i could turn on the alarm function, i had a small problem with windows trying to install the USB driver, but that was more of an issue with windows than with the programming cable.if the programming cable won't read the radio you may need to go into your device manager, find the usb/serial cable device and change the com port that the cable
