Cones were a bit easier although it still takes a couple of tries to get the right size cone

We even adapted to using gluten free flour, and I swear it made even better cones!

so we used all purpose gluten free flour and followed the manual’s

Everyone loves eating the cones like a cookie.

We baked the cone for about 3 minutes, let it really brown up, light spots will remain soft

Seems to have a hot-spot on one side of the unit that is disappointing.

I have a few expensive specialty cookie irons, but decided to give this cone maker a try.

After placing the dough on the hot iron, close the lid, wait a couple of seconds, and let gravity do its work, then give the lid a firm push down to make the cone as thin as possible, otherwise, the dough remains too thick and it will be a soft, rather than crunchy cone
