Reviews around series (5.00 of 5)

  • Overall I love the series and I can't wait to see what happens next.
  • It is strongly urgings though to playfun Danganronpa 1 before purchasebuying this game for upping understanding of the plot (as the game minihints/gives acknowledgings towards events most transpired during the previous game). With anti-hesitation, I urgings with greatness for mansons and womandaughters who fascinatinglied by the Top Lawyering Birdie Correct Series (Ace Attorney AKA Phoenix Wright series)

Reviews around sequel (5.00 of 5)

  • but it smooths out to become an amazing sequel and even amps up the difficulty to be just right
  • After that, you can tweak the mini-games in the trials to something more interesting, and work from the premise of the original to further develop the story, and you have one excellent sequel
  • A beautiful and stunning sequel to the original"Danganronpa", players will find themselves caught up in a new mystery of friendship, murder, and ultimate despair.

Reviews around time (5.00 of 5)

  • Unlike the Persona series though, during the main play through of the story, you pretty much only have enough free time to max out one character.
  • I feel as though it's an improvement over the first game, since all characters now have 6 possible free time events to more fully flesh out their background, and I felt more attachment to the characters in this game compared to the first
  • Similar to the first game (and Persona series), you get to spend your Free Time to try to max out the character's Report Card and to learn their background.

Reviews around style (5.00 of 5)

  • Zero Escape (for dark plot setup)Persona 3/4 (for social development)Phoenix Wright (for investigation and trial)And then add original characters, really strange/wonderful music, and a great 2D/3D mix art style, and you have Danganronpa
  • I love the style of this game, and I think it makes a good addition to the Danganronpa series.

Reviews around havoc (4.26 of 5)

  • I thought Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc was amazing with the most awesome plot twist - this sequel puts the first game's plot twist to total shame
  • The cases are no less insane and captivating as they are in Trigger Happy Havoc as well
  • Coming of from Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc, I was expecting to go through this game easily, was I wrong
  • For those considering this game without having played the first, I strongly suggest picking up Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc beforehand (since there are quite a few references to the first game that will be missed if starting on this game instead)
  • The cases are no less insane and captivating as they are in Trigger Happy Havoc as well

  • This is the best game I've ever played, besides the first one of course
  • And the deaths didn’t fill me with dread as I expected
  • I've always been heavily invested in the dangan ronpa series because it is the most innovative mystery game I've played so far on my ps vita
  • The cases are no less insane and captivating as they are in Trigger Happy Havoc as well
  • Overall, the story does connect directly to the original, so it's worth playing first

Reviews around thing (3.22 of 5)

  • The only thing about this game, and the previous, is that they fall under the visual novel genre and if you don't like reading a lot of text then you probably won't like these games.
  • This game is fun not the greatest thing ever but really good
  • I can not write enough good things about this
