Kids love making the mini-waffles (with adult supervision of course).One of our favorite things to do is sprinkle mini-chocolate chips on top of the batter immediately after pouring it in the waffle maker for a special treat.

Lots of neat, creative things you can do in a waffle maker and this one couldn't get any simpler for a kid to use with adult supervision.-Heats sufficiently enough to cook a waffle through with a crisp outside and moist inside

My only real issue is that there is no good way to clean this because the waffle plates are not removable.
