On the plus side, the display does a nice job of showing me where I am and the directions, when they work, do a great job of letting you know what lane to be in/when you are approaching a turn/exit.
We all know customer service is a thankless job, but they were unable to assist me and they did not follow up with a requested return call
Does a good job in searching for near by places and taking you through scary back side roads to get there.
How is that Google, a company for whom maps and navigation is but a side project, to this day still does an infinitely better job at finding the quickest and shrewdest route to a destination than Garmin, a company for whom their only mission since inception has been navigation?

I will never buy another Garmin GPS until this company vastly improves their maps, their touchscreens, their batteries, their operating systems, their voice command recognition software, their tiresome update procedures
Love the graphics and maps, love the split screen and speed warning also

The only missing feature is that we could not transfer the saved addresses from the old Garmin to this model
Many good features, but the essential screen visibility in bright sunlight is poor.
use it everyday in the truck great features for the price
I haven't explored all the features but so far, I would recommend this for quality and price.
The curve warning feature is annoying and will be turned off, though it would warn on sharp curves only, but warns on many that are easily taken at posted limits.

I bought this when it was on sale because I always wanted a GPS and I work far from home in a very remote/rural area on my state that is prone to road closures, delays, and is never plowed during inclement weather, so I find myself taking detours and getting hopelessly lost
Works as you would expect a GPS to work these days
Not so intelligent in its choices...dirt roads?
I tested it on multiple routes, and it took me down dead end roads, and crazy routes
Has a hard time finding obscure township road that Google can find though.
