Do yourself a favor and buy this thing it's fun and a GREAT workout.
After a couple of hours playing Kinect Sports yesterday, I can say the system works great, we had a lot of fun, we got a great light workout and at least this game is very good
But I want a fitness game to make we want to come back day after day, give me a hard but enjoyable workout, and be flexible enough to accommodate my fitness whims
Kinect Adventures and Sport are great fun as well and Your Shape can give you one heck of a workout
Even the Adventures game it comes with a great fun with a lot of variety.
This Kinect Sensor is unbelievable and the future potential for it and what it means to gaming, chatting, competition online, and overall fun is hard to comprehend.
Dance Central is a fun party game, and fun if you like to dance
And because it is EXHAUSTING to duck, jump, side-step, etc, the Kinect makes accidental exercise fun, no one has to wait for a turn for very long
Kinect Sports isn't the revolutionary experience that Wii Sports was, though it does have its own charm
the PS3 move while more intuitive than the wii, the camera ruins the experience and makes it a pain to set up, the games aren't worth the price either at this point.

If u play the Kinect, make sure u have water and possibly a fan in the room because u will be burning calories
Not only that I am able to enjoy playing the games, but I also get to burn calories in the process which is great!
I figured the "entry" style casual games would be very ho-hum but found that they are very entertaining and will burn some calories as well :)Using your whole body makes a world of difference between this and something like the Wii motes and the PS3 Move.

There just seems to be something mind blowing about interacting with the games without being attached to any controllers.
