My biggest beef with the product is the cheap plastic clip right next to the area that folds fell-off

These headphones work great at canceling out background noise

I LOVE audible and often had volume high when using earbuds to hear over background noise from life's activities - not any more

My girlfriend complains that she can hear the background noise and can barely hear me

A minor annoyance, but important to note if you plan to use these to listen to audiobooks or something and don't want to hear background noise
