I bought an expensive pair from Best Buy and had to return them because the ear muffs didn't fit properly over the ears and were uncomfortable.
I can still remember the old Radio Shack Koss headphones that sounded amazing...and for $14 these are certainly a good buy for the average user, particularly when compared to much more expensive headphones
All in all, for the price, and the quality of the sound (which is very rich and bassy), the Koss UR20's are a best buy from Amazon.
Excellent buy for the money but took off 1 star in re: microphone.
, I figured I would probably break any headphones within a year so I might as well buy something cheap.
I hate headphones with the cords permanently attached (pet peeve of mine) but dauym these things have a seriously long cord, which makes up for it being attached
I have been buying this exact pair of headphones for many years now, and this is the best yet, because they made the wires much more flexible, and so more easily placed and out of the way than the more inflexible cord of previous models of the same headphone
Cord is thick and durable, even after being squashed under my rocker for a night
These are a great pair of cheap COMFORTABLE and well designed headphones with a nice long cord
The long cord hangs down/around and must be tucked or rolled up some other way.
Great sound and very comfortable fit around the ear and head.
sound quality is top a+ nice fit also what more can i say
but you do get a great fit and good sound for such a good price.
Obviously it won't be great, but after using them twice and handling them with care, the right side of the headphone that adjusts the size somehow broke (I don't really
However, it has a loose fit that makes them comfortable for hours of wear, with ear cups bigger than most headphones
I mean im not going to use them nor would I ever buy more, but a 13 dollar slap in the face is not nearly as bad as a hundred dollar slap in the face
While the Freetalk and UR23IK do SOUND pretty good overall, all three of these sets become really unpleasant to use after a while both because of pressure on my ears, as well as from the pressure on the top of my head from the band
I love this headphone, o have some hearing loss and this is perfect for hearing the tv and listening to music.
I've had these for about a month now and they still look and work exactly as they did when I got them

Fair amount of noise isolation, good sound quality and comfortable

I was a little upset when listening to Locomotive Breath, a song I first heard like 30 years ago, and I noticed a buzzing sound later in the song, but had to confirm with other

Again, neither of these are terrible complaints for a $15 pair of comfortable over-ears that I wear in a noisy gym to block out (most of) the grunting and bad pop music
My only complaint which really is not a complaint is that after three years the ear cushions deteriorate

They cover your whole ear but since they are loose can hear all the background noise so not good for a Dj..
You still hear people tall but eliminates a lot of background noise.
I've had these for about a month now and they still look and work exactly as they did when I got them
The sound could be a bit louder but the size and density of them makes for some inherent noise cancellation which helps noise levels
I am going to buy these again even tho they are a little bit more expensive now

I am a bit rough with my headphones so the rarely last three months, these have lasted six months and are showing no signs of breaking
Wish they were a bit more responsive at the higher frequencies, though.
They fit very nicely over the ears and really do a very good job of blocking out ambient noise
When no music is playing you can still hear a considerable amount of ambient noise but when music is going it's tough to hear

The cord is long and sturdy, and is well attached (often a weak point in lesser-priced headphones.
It's thicker plastic and seems like it would last at least a year, but it's still a physical weak point in the design

no fuss utilitarian design, very good sound and an outstanding price point make these headphones a great value.

This would have been a 4-4.5 star rating, if not for the cheap connection that reduced it to a useless, but fixable, 2-star product.
It is apparent that the internal connections, probably in the form of solder joints within the connector, are weak and failing after three weeks of very light use

Many people will argue the comfort issue, but I have never had a comfort problem with these headphones
I'll give it a 9, though, because some people think that's weird
Some people might find them a little too lose fitting, but I prefer them that way, definitely not meant for going on a jog with
people always rant and rave about how there's not a ton of bass boost // for a set of 10 headphones they are extremely comfortable I was not looking for added bass
The construction is regular, cheap plastic but seems really durable, really comfortable foam and fits perfectly over any
And even then it feels like the plastic is gritting against each other
The other headphones broke on the hard plastic, which is why I bought these

Eventually the problem became bad enough that it resembled intense radio static in the background with parts of the music dropping out constantly

They seem to be made to last, and have lasted a few accidental drops on the floor.
I love this headphone, o have some hearing loss and this is perfect for hearing the tv and listening to music.
My complaints are that the thin velvet sort of covering on the ear pads breaks down after a while and being plastic one accidental drop can break them, specifically the little tab inside that allows for size adjustment
