Symphonized sent a replacement set of earbuds to me after the first pair stopped working and overall had great customer service

I wish Symphonized would get their act together - these are nice headphones but this lack of compatibility and their rude customer service make me unlikely to buy again.

Sound is bass heavy like most cheap earbuds, but the quality won't satisfy the audiophiles.

It is NOT as great as it's made out, you can't wear these (with outward protruding speakers) in an airplane or any shared space since the person sitting next to you would have to hear 30% of whatever you're listening

The headphones themselves are good, but the main reason I bought it was the volume control & microphone functions - neither of which work
