Reviews around abyss (4.21 of 5)

  • When the Vita launched, I would marvel at how beautiful Uncharted: Golden Abyss was while playing it
  • They let her act like a female and use her `feminine whiles' to distract as she gets her missions done and that is just one of the many weapons at her disposal
  • We'll, Assassin's Creed Liberation had amazing graphics, it has Uncharted Golden Abyss graphics, my only complain is that there were a lot of frame drops during the game
  • Graphics are nice, looks clean and reminds me of Uncharted: Golden Abyss
  • Golden Abyss are the best handheld games for this system

Reviews around run (4.16 of 5)

  • The Slave can have zero notoriety and can free run, but again gains notoriety easily and can only use certain tools and weapons
  • But that's not the point of the game, the point is to enjoy a fully realized assassins game, with the free flowing mechanics, counter combat, free running, and just flat out killing
  • The counter/parry command only works some of the time, the free run kinda sends you leaping off to the wrong thing more often than the right thing
  • You receive a whip at one point that allows you to swing, a la Indiana Jones, across large gaps via branches, scaffolding, etc., but it rarely works during free run, you must stop, wait for the game to register that there's a branch
  • The Lady has no free running or climbing ability, but aside from that is free to go virtually anywhere she wants; she can bribe guards to let her pass, and she can charm victims in order to lure them into a secluded area and kill them with no witnesses; however she can only use an extremely limited set of weapons and tools

  • Totally recommend this title to anyone who owns a PS Vita.

  • So you may hold it up to a light and the screen with actually dim because the Vita camera says, "Hey, this picture you're trying to take is blown out, let me adjust the brightness for you!" which then means that the light isn't bright enough

  • Not game-breaking buggy, although my Vita did crash once, but mostly annoying buggy

  • I was hoping for a game to make my Vita seem worthwhile

  • The demo is basically saying "if you wanna play more s***ty missions exactly like this one then buy this game for $20

  • While so far it may not have the best story, graphically speaking and control wise, it's a good mobile Assassin's Creed experience one can get while on the go.

Reviews around bug (1.95 of 5)

  • I loved this game best one for the vita other then uncharted, only problem was a couple bugs not as bad as one reviewed and a patch should fix the small stuff.
  • But that being said, I ran into quite a few little glitches and bugs which hindered my experience.
  • The choppy, poorly paced story, the annoying bugs and glitches, the scarce landscape, the clunky controls all add up to a marred experience
  • A couple little bugs (like pointing the FRONT camera at a light instead of the back camera) but it doesn't effect the game much
  • The bugs don't kill the experience completely, but the amount of glitches that are present in the game makes you wonder who the hell was in charge of quality assurance

Reviews around issue (1.65 of 5)

  • There's some strange automatic control issues I've run into - when dressed as a slave, I was carrying a box through a plantation (to blend in) and suddenly my character dropped her box and picked up a broom, only because I walked next to it
  • I do expect this issue won't go unresolved, so just be aware of it and make backups
  • The negatives as I see them are rough visuals from time to time(never took me out of the game) and the multiplayer is a total throwaway without any real instruction
  • With the number of times you'll have to restart sections or redo certain puzzles, you'll begin to question whether this shortcoming is an issue with the Vita's hardware or sloppy tech poorly implemented by Ubisoft

Reviews around people (1.54 of 5)

  • I don't doubt that people have had the problems they say they have, I just haven't had any problems so far,
  • I suspect people who want to 'complete' the game could be busy for weeks
  • Killing people comes as easy as it ever has in AC and is just as fun
  • If you like walking around real slow around people looking for innocuous nothings, not really killing/fighting much, or getting spotted by guards for no good reason, this game is for you.
  • The only complaint I have is that the combat difficulty has been drastically lowered, making it far too simple to kill people

  • If all you are looking for is a way to kill few minutes of your commute, get Angry Birds on your smartphone, but if you want an engrossing console game that will suck up hours of your time get this (and if you like it get Gravity Rush, which is a less violent and more explorative game).

Reviews around puzzle (1.00 of 5)

  • There is an especially aggravating puzzle that requires you to tilt the PS Vita back and forth and to the sides to maneuver a ball through a maze
  • There's even a weird puzzle thing that uses the Vita's camera by holding it up to the light at a certain angle and turning a dial on the touchscreen
  • I don't know about you, but I don't play my Vita flat on the table, so the puzzle was all messed up
  • When I neared the end of this tedious puzzle, the game glitched and the ball went through the walls of the maze and back to its starting point
