Reviews around play (5.00 of 5)

  • We adore flight games and have played most that have come out
  • let you customize your missions- one of the BEST co-op plane games I have ever played (including Ace Combat series and
  • This is honestly the best combat oriented flight game I have ever played, BY FAR!
  • This is by far the best pure flight combat simulator I have ever played on consoles and on PCs for that matter, and is a worthy sequel to Birds of Prey.
  • This is without question the single best combat flight sim I have ever played on a console, by far

Reviews around sim (5.00 of 5)

  • You will love the sim - but need a lot of patience and good Internet search skills to set it up for all the various flight control surfaces.
  • This is without question the single best combat flight sim I have ever played on a console, by far

  • Fantastic flight simulator, amazing graphics, realistic fights and models
  • You can then progress to Realistic, and Simulator for a real challenge
  • This is by far the best pure flight combat simulator I have ever played on consoles and on PCs for that matter, and is a worthy sequel to Birds of Prey.

Reviews around multiplayer (5.00 of 5)

  • The multiplayer has a variety of co-op and versus modes
  • Multiplayer is great and there is some pretty great DLC

Reviews around mission (5.00 of 5)

  • I would have preferred an actual easy setting like that offered on the Ace Combat games as I am not a practiced flier and just enjoy getting in the plane and flying around to accomplish the missions.
  • Over time I hope to get better and win on expert.only down side is that I bought this to play with my son and it's only one player (unless you want to play online, but that would require two xbox's for my son and I).Some missions are very easy and others are extremely hard
  • If you can forgive a few rare technical flaws (AI crashing into you, unexplained deaths, etc), you will be in for a treat!Pros:- excellent interior and exterior detailing on planes- unique feel to flying each plane- numerous game mode choices, including campaign, dynamic campaign, mission editor, versus, events, and tournaments- dynamic campiagn and mission
  • I love all WWII games and this game is simple with easy missions especially now that I'm used to their gaming style.
  • There is also a very cool mission editor that allows you create your own missions to fly with friends

Reviews around set (5.00 of 5)

  • The only difference is that on the easy setting you are not tasked with controlling every aspect of the plane and receive unlimited ammo and fuel.
  • I would have preferred an actual easy setting like that offered on the Ace Combat games as I am not a practiced flier and just enjoy getting in the plane and flying around to accomplish the missions.

Reviews around mode (4.45 of 5)

  • The simplistic mode makes it easy to pick up and play.
  • Settings to back it down to Arcade mode is also available
  • They have modeled a vast number of planes and offer a quite challenging realistic mode
  • Even the most easy mode still requires you to master a few basics
  • Realistic mode makes flying considerably trickier as you will stall a bit more often.

Reviews around flight (4.10 of 5)

  • negative G's and you frantically attempt to restart it as you spin and plummet to earth
  • good flight mechanics, great graphics, best played on hd tv.
  • Also it states in the description that the game has a novice or easy flight setting which is not true.
  • Its just brilliant with everything that you would expect from a great flight simulator
  • That said (and a one star penalty as a result), this is the best flight game I've picked up in a sea of disappointments over the years.

Reviews around plane (3.61 of 5)

  • Each plane has a tactical advantage over others even some of the basic planes
  • Yes the physics are accurate in the sense that real plane stall and spin but real planes provide a pilot with physical sensory inputs that just can't be replicated in any simulation
  • let you customize your missions- one of the BEST co-op plane games I have ever played (including Ace Combat series and
  • Only negative thing is that you have to figure out where the training missions are yourself, but once you do they get you going on how the planes fly and how the game works
  • The plane actually shakes in the air, in the simplified mode, you put it on a specific point and it will stay like that without change

Reviews around graphic (3.22 of 5)

  • negative G's and you frantically attempt to restart it as you spin and plummet to earth
  • The graphics are pretty poor
  • The game has many good features including the planes themselves and great graphics for the price.
  • good flight mechanics, great graphics, best played on hd tv.
  • This game is alright, the graphics are not that good for a 360 game and interacting with the game is quite complicated.

Reviews around fight (3.22 of 5)

  • Fantastic flight simulator, amazing graphics, realistic fights and models
  • It allows me to get a feel for how the real plane actually flew, but then I usually have to set it back to "simple" if I want a chance at winning a dog fight
  • negative G's and you frantically attempt to restart it as you spin and plummet to earth
