Crysis (1) is still my favorite, but I have to say I think I like Crysis 3 better than Crysis 2.At the price this game is at today, it is well worth purchasing it, especially if you are a fan of the Crysis franchise.

I purchased this recently at an incredible price ($4 bucks!) and enjoyed the game.

So while it's probably the weakest game in the series, it was still a fun little shooter

Bought this on sale for 5 bucks, good looking game but will never come close to the glory of the original, its much more like a modern military shooter and way less like the open world that crysis 1 way

Crysis 3 has some cool new additions (including some fun Ceph weapons), with some nice new nanosuit upgrades.-Nanosuit mods can be further upgraded by completing a certain task

If you liked both the Crysis games for what they were, you'll love this third addition

The new bow is a lot of fun and the new nano powers are a nice addition.

This is a great addition as well, because at least for me, it clearly demonstrates that the designers of Crysis 3 took a lot of time and put a lot of thought in to the progression and challenges necessary to plan and overcome the obstacles in each aspect of each level

The graphics are great, the game is challenging (for me anyway) and the new bow was better than I thought it would be

My biggest beef is the games occasional glitchiness, had to revert to a previous save in the middle of the alpha ceph battle, because the game crashed, and every attempt to reload

I loved the graphics, I sometimes kill the enemies and then go back and check all stuff (Just to see the details of the graphics) each brick has been rendered so perfectly

You need Origin to play this game on the PC (like any EA game now), but I was surprised they did not try and force feed me any other 3rd party software like so often happens with EA games

I enter the product key and Origin finally starts and "installation fails".

Since then there have been few issues; yes, the game crashed again several times during the final showdown sequence

I died numerous times because I got so distracted just looking around lol

I like somehow the game, but some times becomes boring too easily.

First few times trying to redeem my game code, they said come back and try again for EA reasons obviously.

You can repeat this cycle multiple times and you'll get dog tag rewards each time

Crytech and EA, you deserve an Academy Award for best Special Effects, Best Direction, Best Game/Movie, Best Production Values, Best Weapons, Best "scare the hell out of 'em storyline

I lowered the settings to medium, and it still looks amazing as hell and runs perfect

We experience this mysterious metamorphosis through Prophet's various and sometimes confusing flashbacks, flash-forwards and conversations with Psycho and Company, as well as another young super-scientist lady named Claire.(I can't recall where 'Claire" came from, or why she's even there other than what appeared to be some kind of budding romantic interest in the welfare of Psycho(?))

Multiple kinds of arrows including electric-, fragment-, and explosive-tipped arrows make for a pretty awesome weapon.-Solid map design--interesting and varied environments that are both vertically and horizontally expansive and complex

After reviewing this game unfavorably due to the horrible patch update release that bogged the multiplayer game down to unplayable, I am pleased to inform those interested that all is well and better in the multiplayer world of Crysis 3 and thus I have retracted my scathing review and adjusted it accordingly

This thing is just awesome and lets you kill people without reducing your energy for cloaking

When it comes to the story you will be completely lost if you haven't been following along, even people who have will be a bit lost

Check the various C3 websites to see what issue people are having before you buy.

The only other thing I can think of that might turn people off is the Origin client, as some people hate it

I haven't finished it yet as I keep getting distracted and have had to restart it twice due to changing my hard drives and not saving game data

When i first installed it I could not get it to work, It took several days for me just to get to play the game, EA tech support was horrible and did not help at allI got the brawlers pack with crysis 1 and I cannot get that game to work at all, it is just sitting on my hard drive taking up space, I have contacted EA support about this and nothing, and that is after being on hold with them for several hours
