For the price, it seems to be an excellent buy; the next step up would cost more by hundreds of dollars, and if I had a. lotsa money and b. my teen-age ears back, I'd probably spring for the extra bucks.
If you know what you are doing, I am sure this turntable is a decent buy.
I let some of my audiophile friends look at this turntable and they said it was a really good buy for the money
Super buy, excellent sound when used and ease to operate and way cheaper than other brands.
If you are thinking about getting an easy to use turntable to listen to your records, this might be a good buy for you.
On the other hand, USB is ubiquitous, so when I saw this USB-enabled turntable that promised no driver setup and easy recording through Audacity I immediately bought it.
The deck has an easy and quick setup, that's instructed in a few steps in the provided Manuel
Initial setup was a little weird and the stereo cable is pretty short
Though initial setup is easy, it was immediately discovered that the turntable played all records too fast
Well packaged, comes with extra wires to accommodate different wiring setups and easy setup
If you're looking at what other options to go with, I highly recommend this blog I found that helped me make my decision, he is very knowledgeable on all things turntable related: (...
Its the material...feels like it will break by looking at it.
Can't complain at all if you're looking for a solid table at a good price.
Unless your looking for a DJ grade machine or have 78 RPM records to play, this turntable will work great.
The Audio Technica turntable is a good looking turntable, that has a lot of features that the ordinary turntable doesn't have
Initially I had received a Crossley because I had seen it in a store and pointed out the color, but the sound quality was so poor that we returned it and bought this instead
Good quality sound for the price and is easy for her to use and reasonably friendly to vinyl.
It's just what I needed and the sound quality from the stylus is good.
but it's cheap, very good sound quality and built in amp
We bought a less expensive, ceramic cartridge turntable and had to return it because the sound quality was so poor.
If you want a cheap player that skips a lot buy this one.
I bought this turntable to replace my old Audio Technica, which I'd bought before USB connections were available, and I also found as cheap as to replace the stylus
Great record player, got it for my vinyl loving husband for his
This is a great record player and probably the best for the price.
After the my beloved and vintage carrerra auto-tracking all around bad*** record player finally died and became beyond repair,
the digitizing (through the latest version of Audacity) works well on Windows 10.
Like the fact, that this works just great on my ancient stereo, and I can now revisit all of my vinyl, plus, if I like, digitize the albums for cds as well.
Sometimes is works well; sometimes the sound is tinny and I revert the edit
Audacity (free) worked fine at recording the USB output.
My husband loves this products, and if he's happy, I'm happy! The product is so simple to install, works really well, and for the price
The opening riff of Sweet Child O' Mine sounded great!Opinion:For $130, this was amazingly good
I bought this turntable, and right out of the box it had a bad motor
This may mean it really needs a belt upgrade, or maybe it just has a weak motor.
Maybe that's just bad luck on my part for getting the bad motor of the bunch, but after playing music for 12 years, the pitch difference is super noticable to me to where it's extrememely bothersome, at least a half step high

This product is actually made of a very thin, cheap plastic and has no chance to last long at all.
It is cheap as turntable is really basic one and extremely simple to fix and operate, you might not get best quality though (cheap plastic, short wire)
I am also surprised that its very well built when most of the turntables this days are made out of flaky plastic
[I have Windows 10], and so I had a computer-savvy buddy install mine, as the sound device grouping on my PC had to be gone through to find the correct choices to make the software work as it is supposed to.
The onboard amp doesn't suck (far as I can tell), like one or two of the reviews suggested.
It would start skipping at that point and the stop button did not work

Cleaning the records before playing them helps, in most cases, although some surfaces seemingly remained dirty by definition, and skipped, or the needle became stuck, no matter what.
With other turntables, If a record is playing when opening or closing the lid, this could cause a jarring that might cause a skip or scratch your valuable records
