Pros:Works great with A5+Very sturdy the weight of speakers keeps these stands from moving
I wanted to bounce top speakers off ceiling and this does the job, the speakers are on top shelf near ceiling and angled toward ceiling, they hold weight of speaker well, great for bookshelf speakers.
You are reading snippets from reviews of Audioengine DS2 Desktop Speaker Stands (Pair)
It’s made of a rubbery/soft plastic material that tilts your monitors at the optimal angle for an noticeable improvement in sound
They are made from a hard rubbery material and solidly holds thespeakers at an angle.
They are made of solid material, and should last for a long time.
While the angle of the stands are nice, they are made of a lightweight flexible plastic/rubber material, but if you turn it upside down, you'll see it has gaps from how the machine molded it
Soft plastic/rubber material that, in an audio studio w/o a mosh pit, should stand up to anything that is in there
It is a great product, does the job at creating a placement angle for your speakers/TIP: If you have a glass desktop: I cut some black foamy sheets and stacked and glued 7, placed the stacked foamy under the stands and the sound is much better now.
Good product but couldnt recognise the difference of using or not using it
Great price point and a great product for my home recordings
Great product just way overpriced for what you get
These do help keep the speakers from making a vibrating sound while sitting on my desk and the aiming of the speakers slightly upwards points the sound directly at my head instead of my chest

These are expensive for what you get, but they do improve the sound of my AudioEngine A5 speakers that are sitting on a ceramic tile floor
So, expect to be initially disappointed when you open the box, but if you don't have speakers mounted at head height, or for some reason you don't love black ash but still want decent sound, these stands allow you to tuck your speakers away while reaping the benefits of a simple angle adjustment
They sounded good but something was just "not right" - lack of base detail and a somewhat muffled sound
(3 stars because while they work as designed the price is very exhortation.(Also, I only used one stand for my application
The only downside is price, but it would be difficult to DIY anything of this quality, and since there are really no other options on the market, I sprung for them.
Great price point and a great product for my home recordings
Sure, perhaps a buck or two more than any reasonable person would think is the "right" price, but hey, not THAT
Definitely one of the best "upgrades" I've made to my studio in while and well worth the price!
I actually bought these to use on some high mounted left, right and center speakers that I wanted to angle downward
I used to elevate my back speakers that sit on the floor level, between sofa.
The foot print is a bit smaller than the speakers themselves and only adds for a littles more space on the desktop when you have such hefty desktop speakers in use.
Perfect companion for these awesome speakers and enhanced the entire listening experience
They're very nice, rugged, and look good supporting my speakers
Not sure if this is a caused by shipping, storage, manufacturing or what but the stands were very dusty when they arrived I had to rinse them off in the sink
I still can't get over what a nice improvement these stands have made to my listening experience while recording and mixing.
These inexpensive little rubber stands make EXCELLENT isolation mounts for studio monitors.
Sturdy, molded stands for holding heavy monitor speakers at an excellent angle on your desk
The stands are almost invisible under the speakers, making them look like they are floating above the desk
