The user manual could use some updates, but overall a fine product.
First let me start by saying this product isn't super easy to set up
The product seems to be working as advertised, but the EdgeOS User Guide is a bit confusing, and lacking, at times making the initial configuration somewhat of a challenge.

After a week of deployment, I wanted to test how tough this thing is, so I just unplugged the power cord cold, plugged it back in, everything was up and running within 90 seconds without any issues

Every feature you will use turns off the hardware offloading and negates the entire purpose of this router.

This a very powerful device, capable of a lot if you know what your doing!Documentation is very lacking and lives mostly online in the message boards :-/
These are awesome devices considering the functionality and price.

I'm not a CLI expert and rely heavily on a feature-rich UI and intuitive wizards to accomplish many configuration tasks.
The UI was a little odd for me to pick, but you can just ssh in and set it up as you want anyway.
My only real complaint aside from the poor documentation is that IPv6 support isn't really integrated into the web UI, so for virtually all IPv6 tasks, you have to use the CLI.
