First, the fit was a little uncomfortable for me after several hours of use - it felt like the ear cuffs were squeezing my head (or perhaps my head is just really big)

We are finding that there must be a short in the wire and you have to hold or manipulate the cord in a certain way and hold it in place to keep the sound coming through

The sound works great with my phone but when I plugged them into a computer I hear more of the background noise then the people talking or singing.

She loves the sound and how well they minimize background noise (not noise cancelling - but quiet).

They are able to listen, and background noise does not bother them.

When I unplug them, I firmly grip the hard plastic of the connector and never remove it by yanking on the cord

They fit my ears comfortably - the padding is fully adequate and not that cheap slick plastic that makes me sweat and sticks - at the least-extended position, and the extensions seem sturdy if you have a longer head

I love the cord, as it is heavy duty, not a cheaper plastic coated wire.

They also broke around the ear cushion hinge opposite to the corded side after about 2-3 months of use

The hinge on the actual ear cover is very weak and made of plastic so after some use it just snapped!

Sound quality is pretty good and the isolation pads work well, sometimes to the point where he can't hear his coworkers talking to each other (open office space).Main issue with the pair of headphones is the pressure on the ears

The only complaint I have is when I wear my glasses, the pressure from the headphones on my ears can cause some discomfort.....but I suspect that is normal for anyone who wears glasses with headphones.
