The answer is yes if you are looking for a pair of headphones with the Beats name on it, but if you want a good quality pair of headphones I wouldn't recommend these

I was shipped the wrong color.

a few months down the line, the loose hinge caused the plastic to deteriorate, to the point that the plastic starting chipping off and exposing the metal hingethen, the bluetooth started unsyncing from my phone and laptop, so, i sent them to beats for repair or replacement and beats refused to honor the warrantythey claimed that the cosmetic damage was too bad and they said they didn't know if the cosmetic damage caused the bluetooth to break or whether the bluetooth broke on its owneven when i explained that the cosmetic damage was also their problem, the rep told me that these headphones are solidly built and that he had never seen them come apart like this before.. however, i corrected him about that, and he did admit that they weren't solidly built, but he still claimed that there was no way for him to know whether i broke the plastic or the plastic broke on its ownnow, they want $200 to replace them.. cheaper than the $400 i initially paid, but in the end, they get to keep my broke ones, which they'll repair for $5 and resale for $400, and they get another $200 from me

The leather round the ear cup inside started ripping just after 6 month i bought it, i tried all means to call the company for the guarantee but not avail

After 5 months or so the leather on the ear part started ripping and now the sound goes out on one or the other ear phones sometime both!

so, if you notice any type of issues, whether the cushion is coming out or there's a crack or the hinge is loose, etc, send them right back

Additionally, people who like modern mixing and a lot of bass will enjoy these as well.

Virtually no sound escapes to annoy other people in the room, even at volumes too high for comfortable listening

The sound does not leak as much anymore compared to the last generation

The noise cancelling does produce a slight background noise when in idle, so don't be surprised when you hear something along the lines of mild static

The hissing does not go away when playing music, it just detracts from the sound quality of the headphones

The headphones do feel a little warm after prolonged use, but does not become unbearable
