The indicator light makes it easy to see when the grill is warm and ready

I started off really liking this little grill however after using it just four times the nonstick surface became a very sticky surface

and I am ready to eat an awesome grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

If they could improve on that this would be a really great little grill.

This is perfect if you’re single or in a household of two, as the tiny size makes this an ideal meal station for one or two, taking up minimal counter space and offering the versatility of making waffles, panini, grilling, and a pretty terrific grilled cheese

They are definitely not non-stick, they are very very sticky plates

The plates are easy to take off and put on and it makes it so easy to clean

The removable plates are really easy to set up and very easy to clean

I also waited a million years for the light indicator to tell me it was ready and it ended up burning my sandwich- and still never changed colors

All the sandwiches I made came out soft, colored and hot, but not crispy like a toaster would make.

Do NOT expect to make a nice thick sandwich on this unit!

I've liked B&D in the past, but this is a cheap product

I found the product perfect .The item works at 110 volt 700 W. As I bought the product in Europe, I have to arrange a step down transformer (220V to 110 V) to operate this product

I actually don't write reviews but this is a Very good product

This product is super easy to use and works like a charm.

I've tried the other trays and they also work really great, but most people probably won't have a use for those extras

My husband loves it as well and told me to buy another one to keep at home as the first one I purchased is meant for at work :DThe plates snap in place fairly easily and are a breeze to clean.

Made the best little waffles out side of the House of Pancakes

The plates have a fabulous non-stick surface that releases waffles, burnt cheese, or whatever with almost no residue.

We have used it twice and it makes great waffles —- no sticking.

If you like crispy waffles, this isn't the waffle maker for you.

Now am getting a classic waffle maker (not Belgian), hoping for better luck.

To my delight this great little appliance worked perfectly

This is one of the most poorly designed appliances that I have ever come across

Also its not that easy to clean the actual appliance if waffle contents squeeze out into the cracks and crevices
