What I do like is the retractable cord which gets wrapped around the bottom and how quiet it is.

Cord comes out of the back, which I like, and is long enough

It's whisper quiet compared to my old Braun grinder and my recently deceased Krups

Cleaning is nearly identical to cleaning my Krups

Love the little brush for quick clean after use

I like the scoop and brush that come with it.

I've only used it for coffee beans, but it's quick and the grind works great in my coffee machine.

Terrible grinds, loud, hard to clean.

Initially I was disappointed with 2 blades instead of 4 and the motor seemed on the weaker side compare to the 10+ year old Krups grinder we had but up on use I realized it is actually fairly powerful grind spices to the powder

If you cannot handle hand washing your dishes, I doubt you should be grinding herbs or coffee anyway, so well

Also, the machine will get pretty warm if you run it too long.

You don't want to put anything wet into this, i.e. don't use it to chop up cilantro or something if it isn't already dried out, but that's the only real thing to note, and it's common for any machine grinder like this,

It's still a great machine.

The machine grinds everything to as fine a level as I want, just pulse it a few more times to get finer grains.

Dr. Mills grinds coffee more evenly and faster than my other grinders

The reason I don't like it is that you have to lift the entire grinder to dump the ground coffee into the pot.

My coffee still doesn’t taste like at a coffee shop tho

You will really have to enjoy the process of grinding coffee.

You can also grind spices, seeds & nuts

This was a replacement for a different Coffee/Spice Grinder that burned out

But also pleasantly surprised that it grinds spices too

I use this to grind spices for bbq

I use it to ground my whole coffee beans, and it works like a charm.

but I grind enough beans for 4-5 days and store the extra in a sealed

This unit looks great and I had high hopes but every time I have to work hard to get out all the grinded beans seems like a pain.

The only con is just that it isn’t the easiest to clean/ remove beans but the brush does help

So far I have only ground expresso beans and an very happy with the results
