It seems to be very nicely made and loaded with features (ability to rip vinyls into a digital format onto your computer, headphone jack, dust cover, the ability to use external speakers, and probably more that I am forgetting )
Decent sound, nice features like an auto stop when the record stops.looks nice, plays great.
The protective cover is a nice feature!The design is way better than the popular briefcase style

Here are the positive things I found about the turntable: a. played records (both 45s and 33.3), at the correct speeds; b. does have a nice wood finish and looks good; c. dust cover is clear and covers the records while they play
Nice and sleek, and the clear cover adds to the overall look
I even had my girlfriend teach me to crochet so I could make a nice cover and keep it safe

I was looking for an inexpensive record player for my daughter, so she could play some records she recieved for Christmas and this had good reviews
I'm not an expert, but this portable record player in my opinion is great!!
Played maybe 20 records and the needle is already ruined
This is a great record player if you are looking for minimal fuss and money to get into a decent player to hear the records you haven't listened to in ages
As I'm assuming it is with most players, this machine doesn't handle severely warped records all that well and it can't fix scratches, but it has played fine under other circumstances

If you're prone to breaking things, as I am, keep this in mind
Although my favorite thing to do is listen to the music as-is on the records, the highlight of this machine is the MP3 conversion
And with a pair of decent speakers I can make this thing sound like that one
The external speaker I use is from JBL I think, but even my girlfriend's cheap iHome speaker (a dinky portable thing) sounds better than the built in sound
I'm no audiophile by any stretch of the imagination, and I can tell you this thing sounds terrible.

Great price for something so well made and great quality speakers
The speakers go so loud you actually have to turn it down
The speakers are actually pretty good but the best part is it has an Aux port so you can plug in a more expensive speaker to it to increase the quality even more
You can connect external speakers as well, and it sounds nice
Looks great, speakers are pretty good for being built in

I didn't like the color of the wood, but it sounded great
I wish there was a darker color as an option I would have definitely bought that
The wood color was a little off from what I expected (it was a more dull wood color, and I assumed it would be a bit brighter), but after getting over that, I really do love this record player
The Color of the player was darker than pictured, but, still looks nice.

there is only one input for turntable option it is called Phono, I have connected to that input on Home theatre system making scratchy hum sound quality is very bad.
It was obviously made cheaper, the needle skipped and the sound quality was worse (even had a horrible hum - probably a wire short somewhere)
There was a loud hum and no way to ground the turntable to the receiver like the vintage turntables
As soon as the platter begins to move, there is a ground hum in the signal.
