It is clear that if there is some trick to turning the error message into useful information then I don't know what it is
Any hope the user has of obtaining useful information resides solely in the links which no doubt point to your website
With this device one cannot afford to connect the device to the web until the security setup is complete and yet you provide almost no useful information on the pages with the configuration options
Searching google for the error number or the text of the message yielded no helpful information anywhere near the top of the hundreds of thousands of search results
If there are strict requirements for USB storage medium the very least one could expect would be for this information to be made available to the user

I think Zyxel can improve wifi antenna quality out of the box and support needs some work to justify the price point

Yes, it costs a bit more than an AAE, but well worth it and well beyond the best of consumer grade stuff for not too much more

Yes, the AAE has a gigabit ethernet switch on the back, and does a really good job of running my wireless laptops, and iPads, but it tops out at 90Mb/sec throughput to the Internet

Documentation is difficult to understand and out of the box your network is completely vulnerable
The USG60W offers anti-virus and anti-spam software that helps protect your network
First off the device comes out of the box configured perfectly for the buyer to get raped by any network savvy hacker who stumbles upon them.
Bought the USG40 to protect a network with 10 computers and a big printer
Consider for a moment that a lot of people are not going to have a secure functioning network set up thru which they can connect their device to the web and configure it safely

I finally got them to understand that this is a new purchase of a $530 router and sales told me the software/firmware license fee Zyxel charges pays for unlimited technical support
Within the same VLAN, iperf reported speeds of around 900Mb/s+ but across VLAN's, the speeds degraded to around 400Mp/s
