Hamilton Beach (48464) Coffee Maker with 12 Cup Capacity & Internal Storage Coffee Pot, Brewstation, Black
Size:12-Cup
No matter how much you try, it’s impossible to get freshly brewed flavor from coffee that’s been sitting on a hot plate too long. That’s why we created the Hamilton Beach BrewStation, the only coffeemaker that keeps coffee tasting fresh...
The "warmer" works like the regular burner on a pot... even tho it keeps the liquid hot, it still has that burn taste after a couple hours (not as much as a
It would have been nice if they had put a littl e LED light under the brew tank to illuminate the cup as it is filling
I had this coffeemaker for years longer than any other, until the push button no longer worked

The feature I like most is how you press your cup against the dispensing button and coffee pours directly into your cup, no fussing with a carafe, and no coffee dripping on a burner when you remove the carafe.
Burned coffee, leaks, awkward to clean; those are the main features of the coffee maker
Also, the "Keep hot" feature keeps the coffee steaming!
The Delayed Start feature is really simple and works every time.
This coffee maker makes great coffee, has a "keep warm" feature that is adjustable that I very nice
I would not recommend this unit, again the idea is great, but I think it needs a few more iterations before it is in a working state.
No carafe is the best idea for coffee dispensing and less work than cleaning a breakable carafe
I liked the idea of not having a coffee pot, typically made of glass, breakable and always getting burned coffee if it sat for an
Love the idea of coffee staying within the same coffee maker
The LED screen should have been a dark background with lit numbers, as it's difficult to read without being 8 inches away.- Condensation will remain in the top lid indefinitely, unless you hand dry
I really like the fact that it doesn't have a carafe to keep clean and have to deal with

I didn't like the fact that it stored coffee in the container where the water was poured from and 12 cup is too big for small families
I also like the fact that I am not dealing with a glass coffee pot.
The main problem I have to complain about is the fact the coffee can not sit for more than 10 minutes in the tank without burning
No more broken carafes or scrubbing coffee stains from them either.
It would be so much better if there wasn't a coffee stained puddle underneath it every day
It is much nicer to look at than traditional brewers as it has no coffee stained carafe, and there are no coffee stains around the maker, from spillage which commonly occurs as you pour from the poorly designed spout on any carafe I have ever used
After every brewed pot, you can see the black burnt coffee stains on the bottom of the plastic caraft and metal element which i've included in my pictures.
The only negative thing I would say is after awhile the coffee doesn't seem as hot as when it was initially made, but that really isn't much of a negative
After the 'coffee' was brewed, I could hear a gentle gurgling sound
The noise is a loud gurgling sound and sounds like it could blow up any minute
I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't make the beep indicating brewing is done and because the warming unit makes a loud boiling sound for about 15 minutes after brewing is complete.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the annoying sound it constantly makes while heating the coffee (for up to 4 hours).
It make a loud vibrating sound, but when I manually push the top part back slightly it stops.
The carafe is awkward compared to the first model, and it's off balance by design, which is not the case with the previous model
and i, I've now owned this myself for going on 3 years and still works the same as when I first got it

The machine it self is a bit clunky compared to a traditional
Great clearance for your tall coffee mugs, save my 32 oz Yeti tumbler but o be fair that thing is massive

I mixed vinegar and water in a spray bottle and sprayed the coffee tank and the filter basket thoroughly with the mixture

The coffee tank is above the reservoir, and the filter basket is above the tank.
I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this coffee maker after reading numerous bad review but let me just say this coffee maker is the best I've ever had
It would have been nice if they had put a littl e LED light under the brew tank to illuminate the cup as it is filling
It does take a bit longer to clean up than a carafe-type of coffee maker
A bit sloppy to fill, but it makes up for that later on, when I can just grab and go.
A bit cumbersome to pour water into, hard for my mom's arthritis, but I set it up each night and use the timer option, which is fantastic
Also if you're trying to avoid hot plastic this is not the coffee pot for you, as the hot coffee is kept warm in a plastic receptacle.
The only negative thing I would say is after awhile the coffee doesn't seem as hot as when it was initially made, but that really isn't much of a negative
It is still kicking and going strong with each brew!Unlike a glass pot coffee brewer the coffee stays in the top plastic section
It's cheap, very plastic, and makes a marginal cup of coffee
The spout is a very slick plastic and can't be rested on the opening without sliding.

No matter how much you try, it’s impossible to get freshly brewed flavor from coffee that’s been sitting on a hot plate too long
That’s why we created the Hamilton Beach BrewStation, the only coffeemaker that keeps coffee tasting fresh for up to four hours
This best-selling coffee maker works just like a traditional, automatic drip brewer, but with a notable difference: it brews into an internal tank instead of a carafe
This innovation in brewing technology is what will make your last cup taste just as fresh as the first
An internal heater keeps coffee at the perfect temperature for up to four hours, so you can refuel with a fresh, hot cup throughout your morning
And with no glass carafe, you have nothing fragile to break and replace
Instead, you can easily pour a cup with the one-handed simplicity of a dispensing bar
The BrewStation lets you customize your cup with brewing options like bold, regular, small batches and even iced coffee
The internal tank and brew basket both remove for easy fill-up and cleaning.
