The rebate was denied due to: 'Required Documentation missing-Original UPC AND Serial Number Barcode Labels'.

If you leave any small amount of water for any reason (cleaning, spilling, etc) the screen will have block spots where water gets in

The reason I give two star is that the rebate does not work

these are about as close to perfect as you can get at this price point.

I'm using HDMI out from my GTX1070 to the monitor and then connecting my external speakers to the back of the monitor and for some unknown reason, sound only comes out of the horrible built in speaker on the monitor

So first off, the pros: Definitely full HD, is a pretty good size for gaming, amazing computer to monitor input, and all in all just looks amazingnow for the couple of cons: for some odd reason the power cable can't stay in the monitors port, no matter how much I jam it in, keep it together, or just nudge it the port goes out and turns off the monitor completely, and when playing a multiplayer game, you're pretty much dead when this happens

After purchasing and returning two other models I came across the ASUS VS247H-P. Long story short, this model is slightly larger than my other models; however, it's as close to perfect as I can get

In the case of the ASUS 248H-P, the goods had a significant majority (the price played a part as well) so I decided to go for it

There are a lot of monitors out there of this size that are less expensive, or have more features (speakers, USB hubs, etc), but they may fatigue your eyes more rapidly than this unit

Very frustrated with this monitor a lot of bad pixels on the first one then one bad pixel on the second monitor and I can't stop looking at it

The base isn't the greatest, if I bump my desk the screen moves quite a lot, but it doesn't move when I type so it doesn't bother me.

I noticed the white motion blur especially when I move the mouse or scroll the page, it was very bad and was giving me headache at that point I decided to return it as that is the least I expect from a monitor to do

Colors are true, picture is crystal clear, no motion blurring, very wide view angle, and it doesn't radiate heat even after being on 24x7.

Great screen no dead pixels and the color is pretty nice i recommend setting the device to the "sRGB" preset as it has the most color accuracy and a nice level of brightness
