Neutral:This monitor is G-Sync Compatible but not true G-Sync hardware
Honestly, should be a "Pro" that this monitor is even G-Sync compatible for the price.
Super recognized that it is a G-Sync compatible monitor, and I was able to enable G-Sync thru the Nvidia Control Panel, however, when you view settings on the monitor itself, it is called "Adaptive Sync
This product is G-Sync Compatible but it is NOT a G-Sync Monitor
Pros:Motion handling (amazing for an IPS panel)Adaptive sync works flawlessly w/ nvidia cardsNo color banding Cons:Out of the box colors need some manual tweakingOff angle viewing relatively poor for an IPS display
Then I decided to let the monitor rest and see if the pixels revert back but when I turned up my PC on the next day, to my surprise not only the pixels were still there but now 2 lines of the same color of the dead pixels appeared (see the 2nd picture) I know things will get even worse from
No panel defects or issues with quality control- Great picture and brightness quality.- G-sync has had no
The design is very sleek, thin bezels, and great picture quality on the IPS panel
ultra).Cons:1)the blacks are a bit weak on this screen, but not something that annoying as i sit at a well
Tl;dr: fantastic monitor monitor for colorful content, fps games, and photo editing but not for dark content like stealth games or dark (as in color not content) movies
IPS, 1440p, 144hz, and great quality control for under $400
, I watched Skyfall (2012) on this monitor and in some parts of climax scenes in Bonds family home the orange glow was present enough to be distracting, also the Black Crush effect causes sections of the screen be so dark as to make some details hard to see
Great monitor overall with an incredible picture quality at 144hz refresh rate
The brand new monitor has good picture quality and many good features

At this price I could buy 6 of them for what it would cost for more expensive gaming or professional monitors, and if I had enough room on my
I didn't notice any bleed and the IPS 144hz HDR support blows the LG32GK850-G out the water

This is one of the best (if not, then THE best) IPS 1440p 144hz 27-inch gsync compatible gaming monitors available
Vibrant colors, low reflective screen & fast response time
(one of the fastest panels in the world), Viewsonic XG2402 (highest rated 144hz 1080p TN panel), Samsung 144Hz VGA (nice colors and blacks, but blurring slow response times), and a
Great response rate, and no distortion
The display has zero backlight bleed and excellent uniformity, contrast, and response time.
The fast response time of this monitor was what exceeded my expectations
As for response time, it seems universally accepted by the monitor community that the fast setting is adequate in preventing overshoot.
it has a response time setting, which lets you adjust the response time of the monitor (stick to fast, because the fastest setting introduces ghosting)
The fastest setting for response time does have "inverse ghosting" but the fast setting was super smooth
While this monitor advertises 1ms response times, thats not happening unless you use the fastest OC setting giving you severe inverse ghosting
The fastest setting for response time does have "inverse ghosting" but the fast setting was super smooth
At that point I just swapped my old monitor back in and don't miss the higher refresh rate at all
I was unaware (my fault) that certain cables limit the refresh rate and HDR mode of the
Tl;dr: fantastic monitor monitor for colorful content, fps games, and photo editing but not for dark content like stealth games or dark (as in color not content) movies
It was a great LOOKING display; but I expect some Quality Control when I'm buying a $2k monitor and not to have a cheap fan buzzing in my face.
The monitor overall is a fantastic display and I personally really love the high refresh rate for gaming while having good color reproduction, and decent blacks in comparison to TN panels
I would easily recommend this monitor to anyone that wants a very sharp display that is not in your face gaudy with excessive RGB or "gamer" aesthetics
This display is not that bright, if you are looking for a really bright monitor
This display is perfect for my desk, it's wide and bright and allows me utilize split screen very comfortably
This being both G-Sync and Freesync compatible is the icing on the cake
Honestly, should be a "Pro" that this monitor is even G-Sync compatible for the price.
the monitor looks great with fantastic response times for gamingbut for normal use, the colors look off no matter how you tune themand for both of the ones i received there was bad glow and bleed in the corners, especially in black scenes it was like there was a light coming from another sourceif you get a good
The White glow completely ruins any sort of black on your monitor, and causes everything to be white-washed
Responsive, crisp, IPS, G-SYNC compatible through adaptive sync, you name it
I don't use G-Sync or any adaptive sync because of the input lag
It is one of the best models to come out in 2019 and has all the things that I find important in a monitor: IPS, high refresh rate, 1440p rez, and g-sync compatible.
its blazing)Input Lag: Excellent (4.3 ms, one of the fastest 144Hz panels on the market)Refresh Rate: Good (144Hz, wish it were at least 165 Hz)Though 4k 120Hz panels have better picture quality, all have terribly slow response times and some with unacceptable input lag (looking at you Predator X27)
Then about the week of pre-order time they took down the LG info page on this monitor and released this with only g-sync compatible, no overclocking, and no sphere-lighting.
I was worried that input lag may cause a negative impact on my gaming performance going to a 144hz IPS panel, but Im happy to say it did not
It's mainly noticeable if you're viewing dark things on bright settings in a dark room, and I don't have a good point of
Take what see and reduce the effect by 60% in the dark room pics and by 30% in the well lit room pics for a good idea of what it actually looks like
Looks great in a bright or dark room

My specific unit has no noticeable IPS glow (orange tint) and has very minimal back light bleed that would only be noticeable in a completely dark room.
but I guess having a 27in 1440p 144hz VA panel already spoiled me with nicer contrast, colors, and
In games like Metro 2033 when going through pitch black rooms the IPS Glow, Back Light Bleed, and poor contrast become evident; corners of the screen will have what looks like white and orange clouds on them, the low contrast results in a Black Crush effect where most of the black content blends together in to a blob removing key details from the scene
This monitor has washed out colors, poor contrast, low brightness
The picture looked like it had way too much contrast, making photo-realistic games look almost cartoonish
But that brightness makes everything pop when there is stuff on the screen, and the contrast between white and a black box is nice
Not enough of an issue to subtract a star but should be noted
the monitor is great, it works as it said it would with one problem
Tl;dr: fantastic monitor monitor for colorful content, fps games, and photo editing but not for dark content like stealth games or dark (as in color not content) movies
I recommend this lg 27gn750 to anyone that wants good gaming and movie I give this rating 4.5/5 star, awesome monitor .
, I watched Skyfall (2012) on this monitor and in some parts of climax scenes in Bonds family home the orange glow was present enough to be distracting, also the Black Crush effect causes sections of the screen be so dark as to make some details hard to see
but I didn't find it much of an improvement over my old monitor and afterwards my eyes felt really strained.
as for picture quality and brightness it hurt my eyes to look at.
Coming from a Dell U2312hm, IPS ( I know its a little old) I can tell you that this monitor will blow your eyes, images are crisp, colors are amazing and my gaming experience has been excellent
The MSI 24.5 was clear but too crisp, almost hurting your eyes when looking at edges, great
The brightness also hurt my eyes (during the day) so I turned that way
I noticed this all the more on the monitor I’ve been using from work during the pandemic, as we work from home part of the time
My only complaint is a bit nit picky, but the dp and power cord are extremely short(below 6 ft.)
, I watched Skyfall (2012) on this monitor and in some parts of climax scenes in Bonds family home the orange glow was present enough to be distracting, also the Black Crush effect causes sections of the screen be so dark as to make some details hard to see
Perhaps the only complaint is the lack of a USB hub, although I've personally never found myself using one
My only real complaint is the lack of automatic input source detection
