On ordinary everyday print jobs, the laserjet doesdo a better job than the inkjet.

Every job took forever (like 2 minutes to print a page), and when the job was finished, the end result always looked dull and cheap

It is a compact color laser that is easy to manage and configure from any computer in the network

The printer did not cost very much and has a good value

There's no question that the price for new toner cartridges is substantial - especially considering that there are four different cartridge colors that will sporadically need to be replaced - but the per page cost for laser printing is so much cheaper and the quality so much better than that of ink jets that I consider laser the better value for anyone who uses a printer on a regular basis

With that being said, the speeds are a lot faster than you can achieve with an inkjet printer

I have it set up with WIFI connection; it prints at an excellent speed with a wide range of paper sizes
