, it's super easy to manage, and comes with a user-friendly interface to do so.
Works as advertised with very easy setup and intuitive interface.
I took a lot of time to really research routers as we have AT&T T-1000 fiber that just screams.
I believe now that the interface is unable to actually control the router for anything more than creating a wifi network, beyond that point the software engineering completely fails and is very, very, broken.
but I really like the software interface, its easy to use and set options on

This tells me the build quality is so poor, the parts used are so poor, that even with added ample cooling, failure is STILL just a matter of time

This is a quality router, easy to setup, has great range for me.
I bought this product, reluctently, because I read or heard that buying a new router may not actually extend the range so much as improve the signal quality

Never had to pay to ship a defective product to get it fixed
Would not recommend this particular product, and based on their customer service reps advice, I don't see myself going back to ASUS any time soon.
So far it has been a great product compared to my Linksys
Thank you Asus for making a good product and great support
the first one I sent in comes back from Asus, "no problem found", WTF-Asus?.I don't have the time to be screwing around with such an unreliable product with terrible support.

It started out great, easy setup, very fast speed (on par with wired connection)
This router has a ton of features, and paired with high speed internet, you can get really fast speeds on wifi, even on the 2.4ghz band
otherwise they cause bleed over which will kill your wifi connection and speeds because the router gets confused on which is the wifi signal and which is spatter
This router has really improved my internet speed and strength!
It provides strong connections and very fast speeds (it even exceeds the supposed speed limits of my providers connection)

Great WiFi router that is easy to set up with great coverage and signal strength.
I was investigating mesh systems to deal with a couple of weak wifi zones in my house, when I discovered that ASUS would be offering a mesh product based upon much of their installed product base.
Wanted to upgrade my Wifi, to kill the dead zones in our 3400 sq ft home
The feature set is very strong and the router had good wifi strength.

, few months ago i bought a linksys, and works like a crap, this router improve my home network 100% 4 streaming tvs with roku and online games at the same time without any lag or buffer 100% recomended i will get a second unit for my parerents

Constantly drops internet both hard wired and wireless.
Sometimes my iPhone doesn't pick up the wifi signal two feet away from this router when couple of computers are hard wired and working just fine
I connect a variety of different devices via wireless connections and even more hard wired.
This Router Asus AS1900 (Amazon does not always post the correct model in the reviews for some annoying reason) is easy to setup, has gigabit wired ports that work
I was able to set my Plex server to High quality instead of speed and now my wireless video is as good as my wired

Bottom line, this router may not work with some network cards, especially the Reaktek GBE or FE family of cards
best bet is to hard-line an e-thernet cable to everything on a trust worthy router, and treat Wi-Fi like a side dish to your household.*review*On paper this product looks like it has the works, and it probably does

This is the most expensive router I’ve purchased, and I’m moving on from a misbehaving D-Link DIR-860L which, to it’s credit, lasted for a few years.
Bought this to replace a garbage D-Link that was disconnecting randomly.
For the price, it is really a great deal, most other routers are more expensive and have terrible GUI’s, plus many other brands of routers will disable your network with a loss of internet
The speeds are as fast as my internet will run, along with as fast as my NAS will run, all over the AC band.

Did firmware upgrade, hard reset, channel change, any other suggestions that were available online.
Love it had 2 years never needed a reset
Contacted Asus support many times, and their suggested hard resets to factory settings, and making sure the latest firmware was always installed, NEVER solved the problem of dropped connections.

Now I can plug in a hard drive and stream all my videos to any device
..it works well so far but the USB connectors don't work whether USB2.0 OR 3.0, I tested them with all of my USB devices, portable hard drive even external-powered hard drive
works great i like it a lot
I connected a 500g hard drive to the usb2 port to share files
